I have a Liftmaster garage door opener model: 2220L 3/4 HPs DC Chain Drive Garage Door Opener with Integrated Camera and Wi-Fi. Installed in December 2025.
The opener lights come on randomly. The time they stay on is random. Both openers have this problem. They come on independent of each other.
Factory sent me 2) logic boards that I installed and set-up.
I disconnected wires to wall units.
Checked alignment of sensors at bottom of doors.
Checked every connection from breaker in main box to sub-panel thru to underground wires to panel box in garage and to outlets.
Even looked for bat or bird in garage.
Tried shaking garage doors from outside and moving around outside. This had no effect.
Anyone have any ideas? Can't believe that 4) logic boards are bad. Thanks for any responses.
Update: I ran an extension cord from an outlet on another circuit to the openers and the lights still came on randomly.
