Amarr Insulated Garage Door Parts

I have an Amarr double car garage door and both doors are in need of replacing the rubber seal at the bottom. The type that I have is an aluminum strip with the rubber edges of the seal inside a channel on booth edges (in and out) of the strip.

Anybody has any idea as to where can I buy these parts? Second, how do I remove the old seal for replacement? Thanks in advance.

Find a local dealer thatcan sell you the bottom rubber. The problem with the Amarr bottom seal is that it will shrink over time leaving a 4" gap on one side. Your best be it to get a little more than you need and fold the excess bottom rubber inside

How can I remove the old bottom rubber, just pulling it out or are ther any screws? Thanks for you replies.

It just slides out one side

Hopefully there are no screws in the T-rail but you should have no problem switching it out yourself. A little silicone lube or liquid soap in the rail will help too
