What Logic Board Do I Have?

Hey Guys,

i only have a logic board and not the housing that has the part numbers. I know it came from a liftmaster opener. I was given the board as a spare. It has a green learn button and wires for the light. The adjustment knobs are white. It came with a single button (black with one gray button) Liftmaster remote. The numbers on the front of the circuit board is 14lg399-1b. I was hoping someone would be able to solve the riddle based on the clues above.

It has been manufactured between 93 and 96, but that it hasthe white dials it probably also has a round and not the square learn button and that will make it one of the early years. They also made 2 different green learn button board where one of the legs forthe large white plug is moved.
