Marantec ML4500 Problem

I'm having some issues with my ML4500 garage door. At first, the door would close and then open after a couple of seconds. I reset the limits and it stays closed now. Now my problem is when the door opens the light blinks. The #6 blinks which represents an obstruction of the photo eye sensor. I've cleaned the photo eye sensors and I do not see any obstructions. Any ideas why this would be happening? Thanks for any help in advance.

Press and release the P button, that will give you more info when you look in the trouble shoot chart.

You might have a heavy door that need adjustment.

When I press the P button it shows on the chart that it is a defective RPM Sensor. I found one online for $15.00. Is this a simple fix? Thanks for the help
