Trouble with Genie 1022

Hi there.
After 2 years working without any problems, my opener start working very slow on both directions.
I olied all moving parts did not help. I even disengage door from opener - same thing.
Maybe it's circuit board problem?
Any help.

Do you also having problems with the remotes?
