ids 990 opener quits working

Hi all,
My genie opener quits working completely. I can not open the garage door with an opener, nor with the wall unit.
The light is on continuously. The green LED is still blinking .
I wonder if the logic board is busted. Has any one had similar experiences?
What is the number of the part that I have to order? How do I replace it?

I called the genie toll free number and a technician helped me over the phone. After 5 minutes, he found the problem which was the faulty wall unit.

If you have any problem with your genie garage door opener, just call the number listed in the owner's manual. You need to call them when you are in the garage. You do not need to post questions here at all.
