Remote or Manual for Liftmaster 1040-6

My mom just bought a house that has a Liftmaster 1040-6 1/4hp opener with no remotes and no hardwired button to open the door. No manual. No way to tell which remote it would use (315mhz 361LM or 390mhz 61LM). No way to tell which terminals to use to hardwire a button or even to jump it to see if it works. Any ideas?

if you cross two terminals together and get the door to move, that is where you would hardwire a wall button and a reciever. If you have a Lowes or home depot or Menards store you can usually find a reciever remote combo available for around 50$.
