I have a Genie Intellicode opener and bought two clicker door openers. The Intellicode has the red led light and according to the Clicker instructions I am to hold both buttons down until the led flashes on the remote then press one of the two buttons for activation. The brand code Dep switches are set on off on off and the twelve other dep switches are all set to off as this model had no Dep switches in the original remote or the Motor unit itself. Nothing works!!!!!!!!!!! Genie is of no help and Clicker told me to call Genie. Anyone ever used these things? email me please sarmstrong@allsportinc.com

inside the battery compartment is a little black button. press and hold till the light stays on. then press the button you want to use 6 times slowly. next press the little black button again. Now press the learn button on the motor unit, then press the remote a few times. eventually it should go up and down. if this doesn't work you may try pressing the remote only 5 times.
