Genie 1/2 HP Model 2060L-07 Problem with screw

Genie 1/2 HP Model 2060L-07,

Won't open, screw chatters bad, looks like it spinning super fast or vibrating, Disconnected the door, door opens easy by hand. Engaged the screw to door connection and it goes back and forth easy, I push the screw to door connection and it is locked in, Everything works until I connect the door back to screw to door connector.
