Snapper Rubber Driven Wheel Replacement

I have a model M281019BE Snapper Riding mower than I have to replace the rubber driven wheel on it's been so long since I have done this, I do not remember if there is adjusting procedure on this or does someone have a website I can refer to? Thank You in advance, I love reading this site!!
