need advice on paint for slab...please help

Hi,

Porch slab has old chippy paint... needs a make-over. Location is northeast US, so it gets alot of weather abuse. Can you please advise on:

1) How to remove the old paint from the slab?
2) What paints you recommend for a new coat?

Use a coarse wire brush to get off as much as you can, then use a sealer before you put paint on it.
