Stain on cement

How can I get oil based stain out of my cement ledger board?

Ok I'm going to ask the question...what is a ledger board?

Good question! It is the cement ledge above our exterior stone veneer. As I was staining (oil-based) the house, some product dripped onto the cement ledger board.
