I bet we've all experienced a bit of mildew on our shower curtain at one point or another. Well here's a simple tip to extend the life of your shower curtain and prevent mildew!

Fill your bath tub with a few inches of warm water, enough to completely submerge your shower curtain. Add two cups of table salt to the water and then submerge the shower curtain. Let soak for at least 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the curtain from the water, shake off the excess, dry with a clean cloth, and then hang up your mildew-proof curtain!
