    I must admit coming into a forum being labeled as a "handyman" is a bit degrading for a master plumber.

    Handy man sounds more qualified then Apprentice yet it is at the lower scale.
    I think you should just let the number of post speak for them selves.
    Or maybe have- new member until 20 - junior member at 50 member at 100 then senior member at 250. senior member with a star at 500, And at 1000 Lutenant, captian. 2000 etc...
