temp zero.. I took out the tray last night and installed it back and this morning there was some ice in the bin..

For best ice production of an automatic icemaker the freezer temp should be between -2 and -5 deg. F

You might want to try setting the temperature a bit colder or making sure it is cooling properly. Has anyone checked and/or thoroughly cleaned the fridge's condenser recently?
