When running, my gas dryer-GE profile- sueals unbearable. I changed the back bearing. Anyone able to help me?

On most GE dryers, the front drum slides and also the idler (belt tension) pulley can cause such noises.

The drum rotates around the back bearing which supports the drum. The front part of the drum sits in felt "bearings" or silicone plastic "bearings" if you can call them bearings.Most times the front edge of the drum is coated with teflon which allows it to slip on the felts. When this wears down you have metal against the felt or silicone causing the squeal. I'm afraid the drum has outlived its usefullness.
