crawl space to finished basement

I have 10 foot headroom from the soil to the first floor joists. Foundation and walls are block. how can this be framed out?

Do you have soil flooring? I guess the first step is to pour a floor. Is that what you mean?

I assume their is ductwork, etc along the "ceiling?" Consider a drop ceiling.

Metal studs might be useful for such an application.
