Has anyone ever used hydrolic cement for a skim coat to repair flooring cracks that appear to have moisture rings. I intend to use an epoxy paint to cover, nothing fancy, but I think I should patch first. So please tell me your experience on this subject. I am a new homeowner with limited experience on this issue. I am grateful for any help, thank you.
