New carpet/old carpet...
Am working in an upstairs bedroom. Wanted to remove the old carpet. Found it's the foam backed stuff. Glued to the floor. Need directions to hang p/o or installers. Too bad it's not just the perimeter, but did they HAVE to do the whole room? That stuff/method should be outlawed.
