Lennox problem, split system blower motor/squirrel cage?

When A/C comes on makes sound like a ceiling fan that has trouble starting before motor goes out. Is noisy when it runs too. Still cools great, just inside unit making humming noise and squirrel cage and motor growns when it starts. Stays noisy kinda like a ceiling fan does before it gives up the ghost. Attached the info from the inside unit. Q: should I just replace the motor? Could the squirrel cage fan be messed up to? Is the humming noise a capacitor that needs to be replaced?

start out with replacing the capacitor, cheaper than buying the meter to test the capacitor (a lot cheaper!) if that does not solve the problem then it is time for a new motor.
