House walls does not have space between ceiling and roof, therefore no space for exhaust fan duct to be connected through the wall. Can anyone suggest me how/where to connect exhaust outside. I don't think leaving it in attic is a good idea.

if there is an outside wall in the bathroom you can install a wall mounted exhaust fan and exhaust it out through the wall in the same manner as a laundry dryer vent.
You could also run it straight up and out through the roof with a flashing and a riser in the same manner as the plumbing vent. If you run it up and out through the roof you should consider installing a mushroom cap on top of the pipe to keep rain or leaves and debris out.
If you have a raised foundation or a basement you could consider running it down below the floor and out to the nearest exterior wall, again terminating with a laundry dryer vent.
