Lennox G12 not blowing through vents

I went to turn the unit from heat to air today and there is no air coming out of the vents. I have had it turned off for about 3 weeks. I thought that it had felt like the heat coming through the vents was getting weaker but couldn't really tell. Now there is nothing. When I turn it on I can hear the unit kick on and runs. Is this the blower?[?]

Dont run the AC if the inside fan dont come on. You could turn the tstat to fan on and give it a push to see if it runs .If so could just be the capacitor for the fan .
