please help zoned heat problems

thanks in advance for any help on the matter at hand.
I have posted in another forum by mistake. I have 2 zoned heat, one for the upstairs and one for the 1st floor. the 2nd floor is heating just fine but there is no heat for the first floor. I have owned the home for 4 years and last year I bled the gas weil mclain. i have had this problem before and it was because the pipe froze. i changed the battery in the thermostat and to no avail. why is my heat working upstairs and not downstairs. thanks mike

Sounds like you either have a bad pump, or valve - something is blocking the heat source from getting to the first floor
