New to the forum. First wanted to say hi.
I have a condo. The AC unit is outside and the controls are in the hall. Directly above the controls are the coils and stuff. To the left of the controls on the wall the floor is getting wet and it is destroying my laminate flooring. The moisture seems to be coming from the ground area after about 1 hour of AC use. I looked inside the ceiling and below the coils is what I believe is a drain pan. No leaks there. THen it goes into some piping which heads down the wall right where the floor is wet. My guess is that is where the leak is? Has anyone had this problem? Easy fix? Costly? Hire a pro? All help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!
