AC working yesterday, not today

i just borrowed my neighbors window AC unit and it was working great yesterday. today there is cool air but not enough to make it worth it. also when i picked it up to move it, i had it at an angle and a bunch of water (i hope water) came pouring out. what might be going on? thanks

YOu need to make sure the unit tilts slightly to the outside, and be sure the condensate drain plug has been removed from the cabinet so it can drain outside.
