  • Bryant 90 plus furnace lockout

I have a Bryant 90 plus furnace that is 17 years old. It has been going out off and on for weeks. I cleaned flame sensor and it came back on for a couple days. Turned furnace off and back on(it tried 3 times and locked out).Turned of at furnace and back on and it works now. Couple days later woke to 54 degrees. I took flame sensor out again and cleaned it and furnace tried 3 times before lockout. Reset furnace ,3 more tries inducer motor comes on glow coil on 3 times then lockout. Codes of 34 and 14. What can I do now , its cold in here.

What does you manual say that code 34 and 14 are? I do not have manuals
for all the different furnaces out there. If it does not try to fire than you have to check to see if gas valve is being powered. If it is than you have a problem with gas valve. If no power then it could be in your board. Later Paul

Thanks for the input. I kind of figured it out for myself when the flame would not come on but I had 24 volts to it.
