Thermostat Problem.

Hello,

I have a digital thermostat from Direct Energy and have configured it to run at a certain time with the set temperature for heating and air conditioning. However, when set to run for heating it will run for five minutes or so and it switches over to "AUTO" setting and the A/C starts running. I try to reset it to factory setting and reconfigure, does not work.

How do I cancel the "AUTO" setting or attempt to fix this.

There are so many stats. out there that its hard to keep up with. About all you can do is read the instructions close and if that does not work , then take it back and try another one. Paul
