I am having trouble with my ignighter. I replaced it with a generic model I got from an applience parts place but it works intermittenly. I have to light it manually at first and sometimes it will continue to operate correctly and sometimes it will operate the next two times and stop and other times like today it won't work at all! The model is a GUD060A014AIN Any suggestions would be appreciated

A lot of things can happen that cause this, your ignition control module can go bad, pressure switch won't close, you name it.quote:Originally posted by zebean
