Pumps are not servicable

The solenoid pump should have a total of about 1300 OHMs, including the resistor. Yours has only 1000 OHMs. Not enough resistance, too much current flow, too much fuel being pumped. This is the reason for the destroyed burner ring. It has been over heated so many times it has warped and collapsed. The good thing is that the burner pot is OK, so a new mat and ring and pump and you are off and running. There is no overhaul kit for the fuel pumps. Once taken apart they are unserviceable and should be thrown away. Stay warm, Tom
