replacement for honeywell fireplace gas valve

I have a Majestic fireplace Oxford direct vent gas valve oxdv30nv. The gas valve has a off, pilot, on, hi-lo piezo, a thermo coupler tube to the pilot, a 30 millivolt system and a thermo- pile and TH, TP, and thtp the gas valve needs to be replaced and they have discontinued making them and I don't know or can't find a replacement valve that would work.
can I use a valve without a thermo-pile and what parts would I need to convert THANK YOU
