just the motor will set you back over $150. You'll need to drill out three rivets and replace them with 6-32 screws nuts and lockwashers. any gasketing you can use permatex brown sealant, messy but it works. The blower plates have spacers between the disks, don't mix them up! the shaft thread is LEFT HAND.
