this JUST happened — water is coming out from under my kitchen sink cabinet, like actively pooling on the floor RIGHT NOW. I turned off the little valves under there but it's still dripping?? Do I need to shut off water to the whole house?? Please help I have towels down but it's not stopping

Shutoff valves under the sink only stop water going TO the faucet — if the leak's from the drain side (trap, disposal, dishwasher line) those valves won't touch it. Since it's still dripping after you closed them, it's either downstream of the valves or one of the valves isn't fully seated. Go ahead and kill the main shutoff for the house now, that stops the guessing. Then look at where the water's actually coming from — trace it up from the wet spot, don't just assume. Supply line leaks are usually a bad compression fitting, easy fix. Drain leaks are usually a loose slip nut, also easy. If it's the disposal itself cracked, that's a replacement. Post a photo once it's dry and I can tell you which.
