Toilet Noise
hello, sorry my english not perfect. my toilet in apartment is making noise ALL THE TIME, like running water sound, even when nobody use it. is this normal or i must call super

Not normal, that's a running toilet and it's wasting water the whole time it does it (and probably showing up on a water bill somewhere).
Usually it's the flapper inside the tank — the rubber piece at the bottom that's supposed to seal shut isn't sealing right anymore, so water keeps trickling through and the tank keeps refilling, which is the sound you're hearing. Take the tank lid off (it just lifts straight up) and watch it for a minute after you flush, you'll probably see water slowly leaking past that rubber flap.
Cheap fix, a new flapper is a few dollars, but if you're renting this is exactly the kind of thing to just tell your super about instead of buying parts, it's a five minute fix for someone who does it regularly.
