  • Hot Warm Cool Hot

Lately when taking a shower we have noticed that when set the water temp then it will go real hot..then cool off to cool and never stays the same... this all happens when nothing else in the house such as a second shower or toilet is being used and never happened before... Our water pressure is 35lbs after the plumber installed a new pressure reducer/regulator several months ago. Is this to low or is something else happening??

    The pressure should be fine...

Your temperature fluctuations are caused by something else.

How do you make your domestic hot water? Tank Water Heater, Tankless Coil, etc...

Do you have a mixing valve after the water heater?
I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
    Now I can Plumb!

      hot water

The hot water is made with an electric HW heater (New in 2009) and the only other thing installed is the Watts HW recirc system to keep HW readily available at the other end of the house... It has been installed over a year now...
