Propane water heater....

Is there a difference between a propane water heater for a 'regular' house versus one for a mobile home? Existing is a 30G unit.

Mobile home gas water heaters are switchable between LP & natural gas. Residential gas heaters are usually only one or the other. If the mobile home will never be moved again, just get an appropriate residential one.
