Wondering if it was difficult to get the walls plumb, when you fastened the two inch material to the existing studs?

Hey there drywall guy. I went to your website last year and became a home drywall expert! Your website is the best for over coming any aprehension anyone ould have about paying with drywall, and let me tell you it turned out PERFECT! Curious as to what part of our country you live in and Thanks for your help last year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!quote:Originally posted by Drywall DIY Guy
This was by far one of the best projects I undertook in our home. In our subfreezing (-20F temps) we just freeze in our home! In one bedroom, I stripped the poorly insulated (and moldy!) 2x4 exterior walls and built them out to 2x6 walls. This is now the nicest (and warmest) room in the house - I can't wait to tackle the other 2 bedrooms next summer! For details on this project go to http://drywallinfo.com/insulate.html. A picture of the finished room is shown below:
It's sometimes better to be lucky than smart.
