Okay i need help with my room. I'm sixteen and have brightblue paint wiht clouds on it. This was the cutest idea when i was younger but im a completely different person now. I want my walls to be red, black , and white, but im not sure how to do that without my walls being over powering. I really need help with this because right now my room doesnt represent me at all.

sight unseen i would guess from your description that you are confronted with many varying degress of color intensity from the dark blue of the sky to pure whites in the clouds. That could have an adverse effect in the color intensity of any successive coats of new paint.
I would begin by priming the whole room with a good quality primer such as Kilz, allow that to dry thoroughly then you should then be able to paint with whatever color you select.
