when the previous owner built the garage, they used plywood for the walls and then painted over it. now some of that wood is rotting and I will replace it over the summer. in the mean time, what can i use to seal it up to prevent more damage? it has mold growing in some areas and i painted those areas with KILLZ but the mold grew right through it....

    thanks

You need to kill the mold spores before painting, just washing down won't do that.
Make a solution of 1 part bleach to 4 parts water and either spray it on the effected area with a small hand held pump spray or with gloves and a sponge wash down the area. Let it dry then clean the area with clean soapy water, again let it dry then apply your product of choice as a primer before paint.
Little about a lot and a lot about a little.
