How would I add a switch so the fan won't run 24/7? Thanks.

Your schematic wiring diagram shows a "Switch Box" with an On/Off switch in the "Live (vent)" 120VAC wire. Does that switch exist in your installation? The On/Off switch is usually located in the vicinity of the exhaust fan. If you want to install another switch, it would be in that wire (which in most cases is black).

There are two switches, one operates a light while the other has a light, night light, and fan. There is a dial under the vent cover that will stop the fan but is a nuisance to operate and impossible for someone handicapped.
