Thanks everyone, I changed the plate with the two sequencers , and everything is back to normal..it fires up the first elements and starts the fan.

Just saved at least $125.00 for service.

Hi JCForever, I have been struggling with what appears to be the same problem you had with your furnace. Intermittent fan and heat. Wondering if your changing the double Heat sequencer solved your problem for good.
