    Is there any such "coupling" that I can use to hook up a toyostove to an existing monitor through wall exhaust?

      You do not want to do that. The Toyostove pipe is larger on both the air and exhaust side. Restricting either is a no no. A new Toyostove flue pipe cost about $150, that's the proper way to go.
