I am sorry that your local dealer will not give you a manual. As you can see by TRJ's post there is a site that you can download the manual. Is there a chance you could give me the name of your local dealer? Send me a private message with the name and I will work on them. There is no reason a dealer should not give a local person a copy of the manual. I am hoping Toyotomi dealers do not go the way of the Monitor dealers. If they do the whole system is LOST. Sorry, Tom

Ok I am confused I have the installation and operation instructions manual that came with the heater, I was inquiring about a service or repair manual if there is such a thing?

I just realized the manual on the above post is the instruction manual. Your dealer should give you a service manual. They come as a file from the dealer. Can you expound on the reason your dealer would not give you one? If you give me his name I will get to the bottom of this.
