Monitor heater -- stand

Hello, I am interested if anybody has ever designed/fabricated a stand for a monitor heater? I would like to raise it some inches off the floor if possible but still have it look relatively decent (i.e. not just put on cinder blocks :-)

I know that the post is old but might help others. I used a fireplace mantel that I got from a yard sale; it had defective insert. I was not able to rote the picture.

There are guide lines for separation on the sides of the heater. How do you get to the circulating fan to keep it clean? I'm not a big fan of boxing the heater in, however nice it looks.

The heater been in that housing for 7 years, I never cleaned the fan, it looks clean, I bet the wife kept it clean.
