I have an american standard/trane air handler model# TWE036C14 that I use for cooling only. I tried to fire it up for the new cooling season and the blower motor comes on for about a second and then shuts off. I researched it a little and it seems the fan delay relay when first powered up closes for that second and then opens again. What does that mean? The blower spins freely so I don't see that as a problem.
