    Upgrading my HSI to Nitrate.

I have a Intertherm Model,MMHB 090ABHR-01 furnace. The Ignition control is a UT 626421.I want to upgrade the silicone carbide ignitor to nitrate.I do understand that because nitrate is much denser then carbide. They will not sense for flame requiring the addition of a flame rod.Does the 626421 have provision for adding a flame rod?If not.Is there a compatiable replacement for the 626421 that does. Thanks.

    upgrade

My only suggestion is to contact the manufacturer. I doubt if any moderator in here has had the fortune to observe an upgrade, if any. sorry.
