  • Bryant Plus 90 furnace trouble

    I have a Bryant Plus 90 furnace (Model # 350MAV036080)...The trouble, The induction blower starts & runs, the Igniter works& the burner ignites, the blower than comes on, but as soon as it does, the burner goes out... the blower runs just long enough to cool the heat exchanger, once the blower goes off, the induction motor comes back on and the whole process continues to repeat itself. The red LED light stays continually turned on and shows no codes.

    You are not getting a code.

    Sounds like you are not getting a good signal from the thermostat.

    1. Pull the wires off the terminal board at the furnace.

    2. Put a jumper between R and W

    3. make sure the door switch is pushed in

    4. See if the burner stays on

      if the flame stays on, then the thermostat is bad
