my coleman des 80 furnace will start and work fine then i get a green flashing lite signaling Weak Gas Signal and shut down and will try to restart but just hum. If i turn thermostat off and then back on it will run for awhile and then start the same probelm all over again.

what do you mean weak gas signal? are you running natural gas or propane?
if it's propane you can adjust the regulator for a 13 inch water column of gas. Natural you'll have to go with whatever pressure your supplier sends you.
could you be a little more specific with the model number? -

your gas company may be feeding you pressure in the 5-6 lb range.
it should be enough for your furnace to run. next to look for is how much flame is surrounding the pilot bulb. the pilot bulb should be immersed in the pilot flame all around it.
if it is then look towards replacing the thermocouple.Comment
