I have 2008 Bryant. the plastic drip tray, under the condensor is cracked. I spent $1200.00 to have the board replaced only to find the crack in the pan. I tried clear calk, sealer with gutter repair tape. Didnt work. cant figure out how to get pan out to repair/ or replace.

go to a big box store and look under the rust-o-leum products for flexible spray on rubber. this is the same product they advertise for on tv but you don't have to pay for the shipping and handling. spray the product along the crack line and let dry. its supposed to form a flexible water tight bond.

Lit our fireplace for the first time this season last night and the whole living room filled with smoke, alarm went off. Chimney was cleaned last year...
