  • Lennox g12r problem

So I had some furnace problems this year. First my blower motor went out and I had to have it replaced which ended up costing me a little more than $700. After that I had problems with the Fan Control limiter (Camstat) I replaced it on my own because I just didn't have enough money. I have 3 year old and my Wife and I already struggle to pay bills and the blower motor took all my extra money. Well anyway I found it online and replaced it because the hvac guy said it was bad.
With a new motor and Camstat it was working great then while the babysitter was there the heat at the thermostat would click to turn on the heat but at the furnace nothing was happening until I turn the Blower from auto to just on, then all of a sudden furnace is working great but now I have to leave the blower on. What should be my next step. I just dont have the money to call out a HVAC guy.

next time a motor goes check online hvac suppliers. grainger electric is another source. as for your present problem check the thermostat. if it is a digital one, shut off power to the whole system then start it again.
