    Ventless wall furnace...

    Because they are equipped with a ODS to shut it down when oxygen levels drop to life threating levels, stoves have no safety systems for that purpose

          Yes, that's the safety feature that allows their use. Local codes take precedence though. Kitchen stoves vent inside during use but not normally used continuously.
